Sue Willett comes to Suda Center from local community mental health and treatment centers. At these centers, Sue worked with addiction, trauma, family and significant-other relationships as well as depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. This background in various disorders assists Sue in having developed a well-rounded and all-inclusive outlook on mental health, with the focus on hope and health.
In addition, Sue’s former career as a musician enables her to work well with the unique challenges faced by creatives. In her words – “I find that most mental health challenges are a result of an unfilled void inside ourselves, our hearts and our souls. Filling this void with our creative selves, with self-love and with healing from trauma and relational and familial discord creates a firm foundation upon which to build a healthy, happy and fulfilling future.
