Cami Elen, LMFT works from a trauma-informed perspective with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her approach emphasizes client strengths and resilience while integrating EMDR, Brainspotting, and a range of therapeutic perspectives including psychodynamic, CBT, family systems, mindfulness, and art therapy.
