Carly Wielstein, LMFT

Originally a graduate from California State University Fullerton with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre, Carly pursued a successful career as a dancer/singer/actress for over a decade. Carly then attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, graduating with a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy. Carly is currently pursuing a PhD. in Psychology, with a specialization in Trauma and Disaster Relief.

Carly is a guest lecturer at California State University Fullerton and the Lead Certified Trainer for WisdomPath Way Institute, an institute specializing in reparative parenting and psychotherapy for trauma-informed children and families. Carly is also the Lead Certified Trainer for the State of California’s Early Practice Interventions for Children and Families (EPIC) Unit pilot project, which seeks to establish support and enhance resource families’ (foster families) capacity to care for higher level needs children through a reparative parenting model.

Carly treats issues including but not exclusive to: anxiety, depression, OCD, Bipolar, grief, phase of life hurdles, and trauma.
