Mason Wright, LMFT earned his M.S. in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, where his master’s thesis focused on alcohol use and high-risk behavior in young adults. Since then, he has worked in community-based and private mental health settings throughout Southern California since 2009.
Mason’s therapeutic style is nurturing and motivating, emphasizing emotional support, personal responsibility, and meaningful growth toward a happier and more fulfilling life. He integrates CBT (cognitive-behavioral), psychodynamic, existential, motivational interviewing, and MBCT (mindfulness-based) approaches to support individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relational challenges, and substance use concerns. Mason works collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are as they seek connection, belonging, and purpose.
